Trademark counterfeiting is covered by the Lanham Act, and 18 U.S.C. 2320 makes trafficking in counterfeit goods a criminal offense. US Customs and Border Protection seizes counterfeit merchandise at the border, and that applies to a single watch in a personal parcel as much as to a pallet. A private seller on a forum is not a safer path. It is the same violation with less paperwork.

If you want the Marine look without the exposure, the realistic options are a homage from a microbrand or a pre-owned genuine from a dealer with a service history.
