Movement
No replica factory builds a true copy of the IWC 69380. Most clones use an Asian 7750 or a Seagull chronograph. Both run at 28,800 vibrations per hour, the same rate as the IWC caliber. The chronograph start, stop, and reset feel differ. The date flips at a different point.
Dial, crystal, and caseback
