What the 7902 label means
Omega does not list a calibre with the number 7902. The code appears in replica listings as a seller tag. Sellers attach it to co-axial automatic Omega dress and sport models with cases between 38 mm and 41 mm. No Omega factory movement carries that number. Read the tag as a listing label, not as a movement reference.
First pick: 39 mm steel case, Seagull ST2130
The 39 mm steel version wins on three points: case proportions, beat rate, and parts support. The Seagull ST2130 runs at 28,800 vibrations per hour, which is 8 beats per second. That sweep looks close to the original. Case thickness lands near 12 mm. Lug width is 20 mm in most builds, so straps are easy to source. Sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on the inside face, solid case back, screw-down crown. Street price runs $180 to $320.
Weak points: the rotor can be noisy, and the date font is wider than the original in some batches. Ask for a photo of the date wheel before you pay.
Option 2: 41 mm steel case, Asian 2824 clone
Cost: $120 to $200. The movement is an ETA 2824 pattern clone, also 28,800 vph. The 41 mm case fits wrists above 17 cm better than the 39 mm. Bracelet finish is thinner at this price. End links flex. Listings claim 30 m to 100 m of water resistance. Do not swim with any of these watches. Gasket quality is the reason.
Option 3: 39 mm with display back and decorated rotor
Cost: $250 to $400. The movement gets Geneva stripes, blued screws, and a signed rotor. The display back shows the decoration. The base movement is the same as the first pick in most cases, so you pay for finish, not accuracy. Claims of +/- 10 seconds per day are realistic after regulation. Ask for a timegrapher photo.
Option 4: titanium case
Cost: $300 to $500. Titanium cuts case weight by about 40 percent against steel. The metal looks darker and scratches show more. Case back threads feel rougher than steel on low-end copies. Buy this version if the seller names the grade, such as grade 2 or grade 5.

- Movement photo: Seagull ST2130 or Asian 2824, not a quartz blank.
- Beat rate: 28,800 vph. A 21,600 vph movement has a slower sweep.
- Lug width: 20 mm. Confirm it, since 19 mm limits strap choice.
- Case back: solid or display, stated in the listing.
- Return window: 7 days or longer, in writing.
