We accept returns within 10 days of customers' receipt of product.

WATCHES MUST BE RETURNED TO US IN BRAND NEW CONDITION WITH ALL PROTECTIVE PLASTICS/TAPE, HANG TAGS & ACCESSORIES INTACT. UNTIL YOU ARE POSITIVE YOU WILL BE KEEPING THE WATCH, DO NOT WEAR IT. IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE FOR A WATCH TO BE WORN, EVEN FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME, AND FOR THE WATCH NOT TO BE BLEMISHED OR SCRATCHED IN ANY WAY.

Special Orders

We will gladly assist in providing special orders of items that we may not currently have in stock. If you are looking for a specific item, let us know and we will search through our distributors to find you the best price possible. Due to the specialized nature, special order items are not subject to the standard return policy. We reserve the right to implement a Special Order Return Policy, which if applicable to an order will be provided to you in writing and will require your signed consent before a Special Order is accepted by Wristwatches-buy.com.

SHIPPING

We will ship anywhere in the world with any of the world's trusted carriers like FedEx, UPS, DHL, EMS, and the USPS. Decisions will be based on where the package is going and how large it is. Everything that leaves our store is fully insured against loss, theft and damage during its transit so you can rest easy knowing that your investment is protected. All of our packages in insured by an independent third party insurance company.

Taxes:

As Wristwatches-buy.com is located in state of Florida, we are required by law to collect sales tax on all deliveries within Florida. The sales tax rate will be calculated by our local sales tax rate. Wristwatches-buy.com does not collect sales tax on orders shipping anywhere outside of Florida.
